Ordering and prices

How do I order?

Add products to your cart and check out with your contact details and delivery address. You can also order on WhatsApp from any product page.

How do I pay?

Nothing is charged online. After you place your order, our team contacts you to confirm the delivery fee and shares payment details.

Can I save products for later?

Yes. Tap the heart on any product and find it under Saved at the top of the page.

Wholesale and distributorship

How do I see carton prices?

Carton prices are available to approved wholesale buyers. Apply on the Wholesale access page with your name, mobile number and email. Once approved, sign in to see carton prices on every product and order full cartons online.

Can I buy single pieces at the wholesale price?

No. Wholesale prices are for full cartons only. Most cartons hold 12 pieces, and the carton size is shown on each product.

How do I become a distributor?

Fill in the application on our Become a distributor page. Distributor terms are agreed individually, and our team will contact you shortly.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Choose your country at checkout and we will confirm the delivery fee to your address.

How much is delivery?

The delivery fee depends on your location and the size of your order. Our team confirms it with you before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track order page with your order number and email address, or message us on WhatsApp.

Products and returns

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product is sourced for our store and arrives sealed.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
